FEEDING SYSTEM

1. The material clamps are casted which can avoid scratching the material, meanwhile improving the feeding holding. Using air pressure to press the material, avoid material uneven and ensure the smooth feeding.

2. The double ball screw is matched with nylon gear transmission for precise positioning, which greatly improves the feeding speed and stability of the machine.

SLOTTING SYSTEM

1. Adopts double cutter independent slotting structure, easily deal with various materials, imported linear guide rail with ball screw, combined with high-power servo motor, to ensure the stability and consistency of slotting.

2. The slotting tool adopts imported high-strength alloy plane cutter , each cutter has 8 edge angles, no need to sharpen the cutter only change different angles , prolong the service life and greatly improve the processing efficiency.
